General Motors Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to ensure reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and processes. You will perform checks, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to keep production on schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics or electrical engineering, 1 year of relevant experience, and the ability to work rotating 4x3 shifts. Strong PLC and CNC knowledge, plus teamwork and leadership, are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical engineering or related field, or relevant experience.
• 1 year of relevant experience; 2–5 years preferred in maintenance/manufacturing environments.
• Intermediate English for technical conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct checks and tests and communicate evaluation of results.
• Lead and participate in problem-solving and maintenance planning.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain adherence to schedule and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local and national labor agreements and safety policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes.
