Cummins Inc in Mexico City is offering a formal skilled trades training program. The apprentice will assist site Machinist trainees to learn tool room skills in a manufacturing environment under direct guidance, completing required classes and on-the-job hours.

You will learn to work safely with electricity and other energy sources, follow process documentation, participate in TPM teams, and support maintenance activities while developing workmanship and problem-solving abilities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimal or no prior work experience required.
• Willingness to complete training and on-the-job hours.

Responsabilidades

• Follow HSE standards and report hazards.
• Wear required PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Assist Machinist learners with tool room skills.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and participate in TPM.
• Support maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
