EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Cloud Solution Architect to help clients leverage AWS and cloud-native platforms across industries in Mexico. You will shape cloud strategies, design architectures, and lead transformation initiatives.

You will guide governance, security, cost controls, and DevOps practices while mentoring teams and delivering scalable, hybrid-cloud solutions using Kubernetes and AWS services.

Formación

• 5+ years in cloud architecture or a related field.
• 2+ years in leadership or coordinator positions.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people.
• Involvement in at least two full project cycles or multiple projects.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS and cloud architecture domains.
• Understanding of private/public/hybrid cloud models and migration strategies.
• Strong communication skills and English (B2) proficiency.
• Nice to have AWS certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients through their AWS cloud journey by collecting requirements, analyzing cost efficiency, and preparing business cases.
• Evaluate current cloud infrastructures, review AWS deployments, identify areas for enhancement, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop AWS architectural solutions to support migration, transformation, and automation.
• Deliver AWS-native solutions leveraging broad service capabilities.
• Design cloud-agnostic microservices architectures using Kubernetes, Pivotal, and other platform services.
• Lead clients through technical and organizational changes during Cloud and DevOps initiatives.
• Serve as an AWS specialist, sharing expertise on architecture, governance, scalability, security, operations, and cost control.
