Accenture is seeking professionals for Strategy & Consulting - Global Network in Mexico City or Monterrey. The role focuses on designing and delivering cloud contact center transformations, including NICE CXOne and AI chatbot concepts.

Availability to travel and senior experience in CX strategy are required. The position offers an opportunity to work on international projects, advance specialized development, and contribute to a dynamic, innovative work environment within a leading consulting

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA desirable.
• Advanced English required.
• Availability to travel may be required.
• 5+ years for Consultant or 10+ years for Manager in NICE CXOne for Cloud Contact Center.
• Experience in AI chatbot/virtual assistant and digital roadmaps for cloud CX.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in Cloud Contact Center implementation/optimization projects.
• Adapt methods to create alternative solutions for moderately complex problems.
• Use judgment to determine solutions and seek guidance on complex issues.
• Interact with direct supervisor and possibly client teams.
• Determine methods for new assignments with guidance.
• Impact the team through decisions.
• Manage small teams/work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
