Job summary

Cisco Systems in Mexico City is seeking a Delivery Architect in Cloud & AI to design, implement, and migrate cutting-edge security solutions for major LATAM customers. You will collaborate with technical and business partners to build robust architectures that address complex cybersecurity challenges while ensuring seamless integration into existing IT environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco data center networks.
• Hands-on with Cisco ACI, Nexus Dashboard, and VXLAN EVPN on NX-OS.
• Experience with BGP/OSPF, route redistribution, and L4-L7 services in data center networks.
• Network automation using Python, Terraform, Ansible, and REST APIs.
• Pre-sales and customer engagement; able to run workshops and PoCs.
• Fluent in English (B2 or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Link Cisco technology to customer needs, designing customized solutions aligned with the customer’s technology roadmap.
• Deliver optimized outcomes using AI-powered insights and automated design tools.
• Builds customer architecture strategy and provides strategic technical guidance.
• Lead multi-functional teams across multi-domain architectures.
• Develop implementation impact, risk analysis, and mitigation plans using data-driven insights.
• Advocate technologies within the domain and stay ahead of AI trends for customers.
• Own end-to-end Multicloud delivery from architecture to migration.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customer Multicloud teams to build customized security solutions.
