World Courier de Mexico S.A. de C.V. is hiring a Pharmacist Operating Assistant to support Depot Pharmacists with routine tasks and ensure accurate handling of investigational drugs and clinical samples.

You will work with CTM-Star to process inbound, outbound and return shipments, maintain proper labeling and storage conditions, and coordinate with Logistics and Clinical Trials teams to meet strict regulatory SOPs.

Formación

• Requires ability to support Pharmacists in depot operations.
• Familiarity with SOPs for reception, storage and shipment.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in inbound, outbound, or return processes on CTM-Star.
• Coordinate shipments between Logistics and Clinical Trials divisions.
• Ensure materials labeling: ID, expiration date, temperature controls.
• Follow SOPs for reception, storage, and shipment per division.
