IQVIA LLC seeks an experienced Clinical Systems SME to support operations, interfaces, training, and process improvements. You will work with IT and business stakeholders to design, test (including UAT) and implement system changes while ensuring compliance and high data quality.

• Bachelor's degree required in health or biological sciences.
• 5–6 years of SME experience with clinical systems and admin user experience.
• Ability to run ad hoc queries and reports for a project.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SOPs/Work Instructions and related guidelines.
• Advanced knowledge of designated clinical systems and their interdependencies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within project teams.
• Computer literacy: MS Word and Excel; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide wide-ranging support for clinical systems operations and interfaces; act as first-line technical support.
• Support development, validation, and maintenance of internal/external clinical interfaces; assist with UAT.
• Create, review, and ensure SOPs, work instructions, and documentation are up-to-date; perform QC and drive quality.
• Develop and deliver training on clinical systems; coach and support staff; stay current with required trainings.
• Serve as SME; mentor others and contribute to enhancements and process improvements.
• Generate ad hoc queries/ reports and monitor project/region metrics for insights.
• Support project execution with system oversight, timely reviews, and collaboration across teams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and stay aware of industry trends.
