Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Manager, Market Access Consulting in Mexico City, Mexico to lead project teams and deliver advanced analytics for healthcare clients. You will guide contracting strategies, patient affordability programs, and payer insights while developing client relationships and managing 5-10 junior staff.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in consulting or data analytics, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Travel up to 25% is expected; proficiency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or other relevant areas (master’s degree a plus).
• Project or team management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in previous positions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, strong quantitative skills, and be a proven team contributor.
• An interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industry.
• Excellent IT literacy e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel (SQL is a plus).
• A willingness or ability to travel as needed (10-25% on average).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams to ensure effective planning, organizing, and management of analyses.
• Synthesize data and provide actionable recommendations for market access strategies.
• Design and deliver client reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Develop client relationships through effective communication and thought partnership.
• Oversee junior team members across engagements and contribute to proposals.
