Impact Advisors Mexico is seeking an Imaging Informatics professional to join our enterprise imaging initiative. You will help implement and optimize PACS, VNA, and imaging workflow applications, bridging clinical operations and technology to improve patient care.

In this role you’ll analyze current-state workflows, design future-state imaging processes, and support testing, go-live, and end-user enablement. Collaboration with radiology, IT, and vendors is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience in imaging informatics or healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflow design and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Support implementation and optimization of enterprise imaging solutions (PACS, VNA, image sharing).
• Assist imaging system upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot workflow, integration, and image-routing issues.

Are you an experienced clinical or imaging informatics professional who enjoys improving how images move, how clinicians work, and how technology supports patient care?

At Impact Advisors Mexico, you’ll work at the intersection of clinical operations, imaging informatics, and technology—supporting the implementation, optimization, and adoption of enterprise imaging solutions for U.S. healthcare organizations.

This role is ideal for a collaborative professional who can translate clinical imaging workflows into practical system solutions—and who is passionate about workflow design, end-user adoption, and the quality of the imaging experience across the enterprise.

What You’ll Do

• Support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of enterprise imaging solutions, including PACS, Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA), image sharing platforms, and imaging workflow applications.
• Support imaging system upgrades, migrations, and application optimization initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting workflow, integration, and image-routing issues across imaging platforms and modalities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clinical users, vendors, and implementation teams to ensure successful adoption of imaging solutions.

Workflow Analysis & Optimization

• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to assess current-state workflows and design future-state imaging workflows.
• Analyze imaging workflows and data flows to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a bridge between clinical operations, imaging informatics, and technology teams.

Testing, Implementation & Go-Live

• Participate in imaging system testing, validation, and go-live activities.
• Support end-user readiness and post-go-live stabilization across imaging departments.

Documentation & End-User Enablement

• Develop clinical documentation, workflow diagrams, training materials, standard operating procedures, and quick reference guides.
• Deliver end-user education and training for radiologists, technologists, cardiologists, referring providers, and other clinical stakeholders.
• Work closely with radiologists, cardiologists, technologists, physicians, operational leaders, and IT teams.
• Collaborate with project teams using Agile and traditional project methodologies.
• Communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and project progress to leadership.
• Contribute to a collaborative healthcare IT consulting environment focused on client impact.

What You’ll Bring

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Sciences, Radiologic Sciences, Information Systems, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting healthcare technology, imaging informatics, clinical workflows, imaging operations, system implementations, or related healthcare initiatives.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflow design and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and clinical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional healthcare environments.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of medical imaging workflows and applications, including PACS, Radiology Information Systems, Epic Radiant, and enterprise imaging platforms.
• Experience with imaging vendors such as Sectra, Visage, Philips, GE, Siemens, Agfa, Fuji, Merge/Merative, or Hologic.
• Familiarity with Vendor Neutral Archive (VNA) solutions such as Hyland/ACUO, Mach7, Agfa, Canon, or Fuji/TeraMedica.
• Familiarity with universal viewers such as Visage or Sectra.
• Understanding of imaging standards and interoperability frameworks including DICOM, HL7, and IHE.
• Experience supporting DICOM integrations, image routing, modality connectivity, and interoperability troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based imaging environments and modern healthcare technology architectures.
• Experience working in a hospital, academic medical center, integrated delivery network, healthcare technology vendor, or consulting organization.
• Former PACS Administrator experience.
• Clinical imaging background as a radiologic technologist, sonographer, imaging specialist, or similar clinical role.
• Experience supporting multiple imaging domains including radiology, cardiology, point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), pathology, ophthalmology, or specialty imaging programs.
• Previous experience in healthcare IT consulting or client-facing work.
• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare organizations.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Epic Radiant Certification
