Swarovski is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support business operations across channels in Mexico. You will handle first-level inquiries, manage SAP-backed orders, and coordinate stock recalls for IR MOB/MUB accounts, while ensuring contract maintenance and master data accuracy.

The role requires strong customer service focus, SAP/Micros knowledge, and excellent English communication, with opportunities for growth in a global luxury brand environment.

Formación

• 2+ years in fashion retail with customer focus.
• 1 year in a similar client service role in Consumer Goods with SAP/Micros.
• Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship building.
• Proactive problem solver with ability to manage change.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• English is a must.
• Knowledge in Excel and Analytics Tools.

Responsabilidades

• First level support for all administrative queries across sales channels (SR, IR MOB/MUB).
• Manage orders in SAP, backorders, invoicing, credit/debit notes, EDI processing.
• Coordinate stock recall/returns from securing authorization to SAP input/approval.
• Coordinate and administer IR MOB/MUB contracts and reporting on compliance.
• Maintain master data completeness (POP, Customer, Prices).
• Support Repair, Warehousing, Custom, Logistics until handover to SCM.
• Generate reports and ad-hoc analyses.
