Tinuiti Mexico in Reforma, CDMX, is hiring a Client Partner Account Associate for a hybrid role (in-office two days a week). You will support multi-channel client campaigns across SEM, SEO and Social and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.

Responsibilities include assisting client accounts, coordinating projects, analyzing data to identify trends, and delivering insights through reports and presentations.

Formación

• 0–2 years of multi-channel digital marketing experience.
• Familiarity with multiple digital platforms and how they work together.
• Google Analytics experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time across clients and internal initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Account Management: Assist in the management of client accounts, ensuring that all client requests and queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Program Support: Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in analyzing client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; prepare reports and presentations that deliver insights to both clients and internal teams.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with channel teams (SEM, SEO, Social) to ensure client solutions align with business goals.
• Client Contribution: Support Client Partner team with client deliverables and progress updates.
