Job summary

Keenfolks is seeking a Client Partner for the Americas to grow our regional portfolio from Mexico City, blending senior client advisory with hands-on growth leadership. You will manage major accounts, expand relationships, and shape multi-year programmes centered on AI-driven marketing transformations.

You’ll work directly with founders and the CEO to deliver growth, lead two Account Directors, and build profitable proposals while expanding presence in the Americas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a consultancy or tech services firm with leadership of client relationships at senior levels.
• Proven growth of accounts and, ideally, originations of new business.
• Experience shaping, scoping and pricing services engagements: team, effort, budget, SOW.
• fluency in marketing and technology conversations with CMOs and CTOs.

Responsibilities

• Grow current business as a strategic advisor, managing senior client relationships.
• Lead account strategy, coaching Account Directors, and price proposals with delivery viability.
• Win new business across the Americas, lead pitches and RFPs, build regional pipeline.
• Define regional revenue targets with the CEO and maintain visibility with global brands.
