Goodera in Mexico is seeking an Associate/Sr. Associate - Client Engagement to support a key enterprise client. You will nurture volunteering champions worldwide and implement new programs to grow the client’s revenue potential.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, project ownership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals while delivering high-quality engagements and measurable social impact.

Formación

• 2-4 years of B2B experience in sales, client success, or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales & expansion targets.
• Gifted relationship builder and storyteller.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, executive presence, and presentation abilities.
• Start-up experience with a growth mindset.
• Mastery of standard office software and ability to quickly absorb new tools and processes.
• Unstoppable curiosity and ability to learn new concepts.
• Schedule flexibility: Mon-Fri; some after-hours.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Client Account Executive in managing all aspects of the client relationship.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to understand volunteering needs & expectations, and build strong relationships.
• Assist in organizing client engagement interventions including business reviews, workshops, project updates, and presentations.
• Take ownership of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, within-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand and execute on client project goals.
