Job summary

Brose is seeking an Industrial Engineer (or Mechanical or related) to lead material planning, demand intake, and logistics coordination with production. You will generate production and shipment plans, control inventories, and monitor KPIs to meet company goals.

The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience, leadership abilities, and conversational English, based in Querétaro, Mexico. A modern working environment and development opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineer, Mechanical or related field required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Leadership skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for customer service, demand intake, and materials planning in coordination with production.
• Generate and follow up on the production and shipment plan based on customer requirements, in coordination with the Production department.
• Ensure the supply of materials from suppliers to avoid line stoppages and minimize extraordinary costs.
• Plan and execute optimal inventory control per established guidelines.
• Manage and follow up on customer logistics charges efficiently.
• Execute logistics activities related to engineering changes.
• Analyze production line capacity and compare with customer requirements, ensuring compliance and staffing considerations.
• Update and track KPIs to ensure achievement of company objectives.
• Ensure correct parameter settings in SAP per Central Logistics guidelines.

• Ensure correct parameter settings in the SAP system in accordance with guidelines established by Central Logistics.
