SIG Querétaro is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise the construction of our plant growth projects, covering civil, electrical and mechanical installations. You will ensure compliance with local regulations, quality and SIG's standards, guiding the project from start to completion.

You will lead site supervision, develop technical solutions with AutoCAD and BIM, monitor progress against schedule and budget, coordinate with contractors, and act as the local liaison on SIG projects in Querétaro.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Civil/Industrial Engineering or Architecture.
• 3–5 years of construction/site supervision experience.
• Advanced English required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Advanced AutoCAD and BIM skills; Navisworks desirable.
• Power BI is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead locally the implementation and supervision of all civil and building engineering services across production, offices, and other civil facility projects for SIG in Querétaro.
• Develop and lead civil engineering technical solutions for SIG's growth projects using AutoCAD and working with 3D construction management BIM models.
• Supervise and monitor the execution of the works, ensuring compliance with local regulations, quality and safety standards, and project specifications.
• Monitor construction progress against the project schedule and budget, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Coordinate and follow up with contractors, verifying that their work meets technical specifications and agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with and support the Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager.
• Provide local support on civil engineering projects, serving as the point of contact and consultant for all SIG projects in Querétaro.
• Represent clients and liaise with construction authorities.
