Descripción de la vacante

SSOE, Inc. in Mexico, Guanajuato, León area seeks a senior structural engineer to lead design and analysis of industrial facilities. You will oversee projects, coordinate with multi‑discipline teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure QA standards are met.

A strong background in AutoCAD/Revit and codes like IBC/ASCE 7 is essential. Hybrid work arrangement with collaboration across Mexico, the US and India, offering growth through innovative projects and access to top design technology and ongoing

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering with structural emphasis; master’s is a plus.
8+ years of structural engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing projects.
Experience with structural analysis and design software (RISA, Hilti Profisor).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit; Revit structural design a strong plus.
Advanced English is required.

Responsabilidades

Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering methods to design and calculate small-mid size projects.
Perform structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.
Lead project meetings, define scope, and ensure client satisfaction.
Mentor junior staff and supervise work for QA compliance.
Develop and review design calculations, models, and drawings for foundations and frames.
