Responsibilities

• Functions in a Chief Of Staff capacity to ensure strategy is implemented appropriately.
• Ensures the IT organization is defining and implementing its business plan and goals to support the strategy and goals the organization.
• Collaborates with IT and business leaders to create the IT business plan and budget.
• Scans the external IT environment to provide planning assumptions.
• Collaborates with Finance and HR to represent IT needs and impacts on resources and costs.
• Responsible for internal communications, managed services and training, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Resolves complex issues using deep knowledge across related areas.
• Applies knowledge of how technology integrates within the organization and with competitors.
• Oversees team, budget, and planning; provides evaluative judgment in complex situations.
• Influences others through communication and diplomacy; may negotiate with external parties.
• Assesses risk and ensures compliance with policies and laws.
