You will drive the strategy, roadmap and standards, collaborating with IT and business leaders to align security with the digital transformation and regulatory requirements.

With 15+ years in technology planning and deep people management, you will oversee multiple teams, manage budgets, and ensure risk controls while empowering teams to design secure

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology planning with extensive experience in business, functional and people management.
• Budget management, Risk & Control management, influencing skills
• Managerial experience

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the cybersecurity engineering strategy and roadmap for on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Define baseline security standards for secure architectures across cloud, hybrid and on‑premise environments.
• Maintain security standards against new vulnerabilities and threats.
• Define and evolve secure architectures such as DevSecOps, Zero Trust, SASE, SSE, ZTNA, CASB, SWG, among others.

Education

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
