EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief AWS DevOps Engineer to lead shared cloud platform services and deliver consistent developer experiences aligned with CCoE standards. You will treat the platform as a product, shipping reusable building blocks and golden paths across product and application teams.

The role requires 7+ years in cloud engineering with a deep AWS focus (EKS, ECS, Lambda, EC2, RDS) and a security-by-design mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on cloud engineering with a product/platform mindset.
• Deep AWS expertise: compute, storage, networking, and managed services (EKS, ECS, Lambda).
• Experience with security-by-design, IAM, SSO/OAuth integrations.
• Strong stakeholder communication; English proficiency (B2+).

Responsabilités

• Design reusable platform capabilities to enable safe and fast workload onboarding.
• Operate logging, monitoring, secrets, identity, file transfers, and key management services.
• Create paved roads and golden paths with product teams, security, and operations.
• Codify platform interfaces in IaC and pipelines with DevOps collaboration.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, resilience, and developer experience.
• Prioritize platform features and lifecycle investments with client focus.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture guardrails.
