Placements24 is seeking a Senior Accountant for a prominent financial services firm in Saltillo, Coahuila. The role focuses on accuracy of financial records, GAAP compliance, and timely reporting in a hybrid work setting.

The successful candidate will lead day-to-day accounting, collaborate with auditors, and contribute to budgeting and process improvements. Fluency in Spanish required; English is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and tax laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with auditing procedures is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is an advantage.
