Alignerr Corp. is seeking Chemistry Masters – AI Data Trainer to help train and improve AI models. This fully remote contractor role requires deep chemistry expertise and the ability to think critically and communicate clearly.

You will design problems, develop solutions across chemistry domains, and assess AI outputs with rigorous standards; collaboration with researchers will shape benchmarks from undergraduate to Master’s topics.

Formación

• Master's level chemistry expertise required.
• Strong problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains.
• Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly in writing.
• Detail-oriented and consistent when evaluating technical content.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an async schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Design challenging, high-quality chemistry problems to test AI reasoning and performance.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with well-structured logic across chemistry domains.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning.
• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master’s topics.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model outputs over time.
