Alignerr is hiring Software Engineers for a fully remote hourly contract to help shape how AI systems understand and generate software. You’ll write, review, and refine AI-generated code, provide expert feedback, and design prompts to stress-test AI capabilities.

This is hands-on engineering work with flexible hours and the opportunity to work across languages and domains. You’ll collaborate with a team to evaluate AI outputs, identify issues, and explain technical decisions clearly,

Formación

• Proficient in multiple programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity and precision
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Clear written communicator with ability to explain technical decisions
• Self-motivated and reliable working independently
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Write, review, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains
• Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously with flexible scheduling
