Alignerr Corp. invites a Software Engineer (AI Training) to help shape how AI systems understand and generate code. You will train AI by writing, reviewing, and stress-testing AI-produced solutions, with independence and flexible hours in a fully remote setup.

You should be proficient in multiple languages and possess a solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

Formación

• Proficient in one or more programming languages listed.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Able to read, write, and reason about code with clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code decisions.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
