Ria Money Transfer in Mexico is seeking a Check Cashing Collection Specialist to bill and collect on returned items for checks processed by RIA Stores, and perform additional collections duties.

The role requires following up with issuers and customers, updating notes in the system, and delivering professional service while targeting recovery and accurate data entry.

Formación

• English proficiency (75% level or higher).
• Detail oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Collections or Accounts Receivable experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage billing of chargebacks, adjustments and fees for a specific region.
• Reach out to issuers/customers daily via phone/fax/email to advise on returned items and request payments.
• Verify returned checks with banks and coordinate with Stores on non-conforming images.
• Recover funds from issuers/customers and provide payment receipts to Stores.
