TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a dynamic Channel Demand Planning Supervisor to lead the evolution of our Channel Supply Chain. You will own the AMER Channel demand signal, drive forecast accuracy, and act as the Planning Lead for the CLS Business Unit.

The ideal candidate has proven people leadership with a strong background in demand, supply, or materials planning, leveraging SAP IBP, Power BI, and Excel to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

Formación

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP, Materials Planning, or Supply Planning.
Proven people leadership and talent development experience.
Hands-on expertise with SAP IBP (Demand Planning required; Supply Planning preferred), Power BI, and advanced Excel.
Strong analytical mindset with experience driving forecast accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure material supply aligns with production requirements.
Analyses and approves purchase orders, coordinates logistics and warehouse operations, and optimizes costs while maintaining minimum stock levels.
Executes inventory plans and monitors continuous improvement programs.
Ensures data accuracy in MRP systems and supports system enhancements.
