Siemens Digital Industries Software seeks a Channel BI Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision making across the global partner marketing organization. This role acts as an insights hub, building dashboards and connecting data across systems to uncover insights that improve partner performance and go-to-market strategy.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field within or supporting B2B marketing.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, including architecting scalable data models and DAX/Power Query logic.
• Strong dashboarding and data visualization storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large data sets.
• Experience building dashboards and delivering business insights.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Data & Reporting: Build and enhance dashboards tracking KPIs for indirect channel performance.
• Refine reporting to deliver meaningful, channel-specific insights.
• Build/maintain Partner Marketing Data Hub for partners.
• Insights & Impact: Translate data into actionable recommendations for campaigns, partner marketing, and partner level strategies.
• Identify opportunities and develop hypotheses to drive campaign optimization.
• Data Integration: Connect data streams across systems to enable better insights and activation.
• Advanced Analytics: Explore predictive insights and automated trend detection.
