Johnson Controls seeks a BI Engineer II to implement best-in-class business intelligence. You will scope, analyze, develop, automate, and validate BI reporting and dashboards to help data-driven decisions across the organization.

The role requires transforming complex data, building scalable dashboards in Power BI, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Strong English and data modeling skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or similar).
• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to build data models.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and analytics.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Transform medium complexity data sets into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards on Power BI or other visualization tools.
• Produce and maintain automated reporting systems and dashboards.
• Monitor queries and data loads; assist users with data integrity issues.
• Design and build business-critical reports such as scorecards and compliance reports.
• Work with end users to understand needs for production.
• Document requirements and build data models to deliver final reports; maintain ongoing metrics and analyses.
• Support procurement data for annual activities and RFPs with data extraction and prep.
• Train stakeholders by creating dashboards and boosting usage.
• Other duties as assigned by your Manager.
