Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a Channel BI Data Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across the global partner marketing organization. The role focuses on building dashboards, connecting data across systems, and uncovering insights that improve partner performance and go-to-market strategy.

This is not just a reporting role; you will proactively analyze data, identify gaps, and recommend actions that impact DISW partner outcomes and pipeline growth.

Formación

• 4+ years of data analytics or BI experience in B2B marketing.
• Proficient in Power BI with DAX and Power Query; scalable data models.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication; explain data to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Build and enhance dashboards tracking KPIs for indirect channel.
• Refine reporting to deliver channel-specific insights.
• Maintain Partner Marketing Data Hub for partners.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for campaigns and partners.
• Identify opportunities and surface gaps to improve campaigns.
• Develop hypotheses and validate through analysis.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive measurable impact.
