Golabs Tech is seeking an OCM Consultant to support organizational change initiatives for a leading manufacturing client. The role combines onsite collaboration in Mexicali with a hybrid work model, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communications, roadshows, and translating materials from English to Spanish.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on OCM experience in SAP or S/4HANA, with bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work three days

Competenze

• Experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ideally at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level.
• Hands-on experience with OCM initiatives in SAP or S/4HANA environments.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations and related business processes.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency (must-have), including reading, writing, speaking, and translating materials from English to Spanish.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite in Mexicali, Mexico, three days per week, with two days working remotely.
• Flexibility to travel to the client site during critical project milestones, when required.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA environments, understands manufacturing operations, and has strong communication skills in both English and Spanish. This role will focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, roadshows, and translating change management materials from English to Spanish.
