Position Overview

Itps is seeking a highly motivated and experienced OCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful adoption and integration of new systems and processes within our client organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM) principles, coupled with practical experience in SAP or S/4HANA implementations. A deep appreciation for manufacturing operations is also essential for this position. Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• System Expertise: Demonstrated experience with SAP or S/4HANA implementations is highly desirable. Familiarity with other ERP systems will also be considered.
• Industry Understanding: A solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including key processes, challenges, and dependencies.
• OCM Methodologies: Proficiency in OCM methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model).
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required for material translation and stakeholder engagement.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and manage resistance effectively.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• OCM Strategy and Execution: Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive OCM strategies tailored to specific project needs. This includes defining change impact assessments, identifying key stakeholders, and developing engagement plans.
• Stakeholder Identification and Engagement: Proactively identify all relevant stakeholders impacted by the change. Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring their buy-in and active participation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Roadshow and Communication Coordination: Organize and facilitate OCM roadshows, workshops, and informational sessions to educate and engage the workforce. Develop clear, concise, and compelling communication materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Communication Support: Provide direct support for on-site stakeholder engagement and communication activities. Ensure consistent messaging and address concerns effectively.
• Material Translation: Accurately translate OCM-related materials from English to Spanish, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic precision for our Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
• Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely with key stakeholders, including project managers, business leaders, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and seamless integration of OCM activities with overall project goals.
• Change Impact Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to understand the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, and technology within manufacturing operations.
• Training Support: Collaborate with training teams to ensure that end-users receive adequate and timely training to effectively utilize new systems and processes.
• Readiness Assessments: Conduct change readiness assessments to gauge organizational preparedness and identify areas requiring additional support or intervention.
• Post-Implementation Support: Contribute to post-implementation activities, including reinforcing change, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
