TikTok is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its Mexican entity pursuing IFRPE authorization. This role will own capital planning, financial projections, and regulatory reporting to CNBV/Banxico, ensuring robust governance for an electronic funds payments provider.

Formación

• Extensive senior finance leadership experience in CNBV-regulated environments.
• Direct experience with regulatory capital, treasury, and regulatory reporting.
• Proven ability to develop financial projections for license applications.
• Experience coordinating with CNBV, Banxico and external auditors.
• Strong knowledge of CNBV accounting criteria and minimum capital rules.

Responsabilidades

• Own financial projections, capital plan, and business-model assumptions for IFPE license application.
• Model minimum capital needs and funding for license and early operations.
• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance to ensure auditable disclosures.
• Support due diligence on origin of funds for shareholder disclosures.
• Act as senior finance contact for CNBV/Banxico as regulator liaison.
• Oversee regulatory capital position and reporting submissions.
• Coordinate external audits and board-level financial reporting.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Lead financial risk management and treasury controls for client funds.
