A confidential fintech in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead brand development, customer acquisition, and commercial growth for the Mexican market. This executive role reports to the Board and aligns local strategies with global objectives across campaigns, operations, and partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience with senior leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading integrated marketing strategies and brand development.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional marketing teams and external agencies.
• Professional English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, and growth roadmap for the Mexico market.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital marketing, brand management, social media, influencer marketing, PR, partnerships, and performance marketing.
• Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive insights to support growth and customer acquisition.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization with clear KPIs.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, PR firms, vendors, and partners.
• Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and ROI to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with executives, product, operations, and regional teams to align with global strategies.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with financial advertising regulations.
