Johnson Controls in Monterrey seeks a CCB Leader to oversee contract engineering, handling both technical and commercial aspects from order receipt to completion. You will act as the primary customer contact, guiding design, build, testing, and delivery while mentoring team members and ensuring profitability and timely delivery.

Formación

• Ability to plan and balance workloads to meet client and production needs.
• Proficiency in maintaining project profitability.
• Strong written communication skills for manuals, test schedules, and quality procedures.
• Proven leadership abilities in coaching and mentoring teams.
• Desirable: hands-on electronics design and testing experience.
• Desirable: familiarity with audio electronics equipment.
• Desirable: project management experience.
