Novartis is seeking a Recruitment Experience Partner based in Mexico City to lead a fast-paced hiring journey across multiple countries. You will be the primary candidate touchpoint, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and driving high-quality outcomes with Recruitment Partners.

In this role, you will optimize candidate experience, ensure compliance, and leverage Workday Recruiting to support global and regional talent acquisition teams in a matrix environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or shared services.
• Experience supporting recruitment activities across multiple countries.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, process discipline, and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for candidates, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Conduct first-round interviews and extend offers for high-volume hiring.
• Execute core recruiting activities including screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
• Support complex or senior-level recruitment activities through applicant management.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and improve processes.
