Role focuses on engaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth, human experience, supported by modern recruiting technology and Workday. Strong English and global mindset are essential.

Formación

• Five+ years in recruiting, in-house or agency.
• 3+ years recruiting experience in the US talent market.
• Advanced English proficiency, strong communication.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tech, preferably Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted candidate relationships with proactive, timely communication.
• Conduct screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offers.
• Represent the Novartis employer brand consistently in all interactions.
• Partner with Recruitment Business Partners to meet hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate Workday data and follow recruitment processes.
• Identify opportunities to use technology to improve recruiting outcomes.
