Novartis is seeking a Recruitment Experience Partner based in Mexico City to deliver a fast, human-centered hiring experience across multiple countries. You will partner with Recruitment Business Partners to screen, interview, and extend offers for high-volume roles while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

The role requires strong English, stakeholder management, and a passion for candidate engagement.

Formación

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or shared services.
  • Experience supporting recruitment activities across multiple countries, preferably LATAM or the Americas region.
  • Strong English proficiency to engage and influence candidates professionally.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations, process discipline, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates, delivering an exceptional experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Conduct first-round interviews and extend offers for high-volume hiring in partnership with Recruitment Business Partners.
  • Execute core recruiting activities including screening, shortlisting, candidate communication, and interview coordination.
  • Support complex or senior-level recruitment activities through applicant management and targeted sourcing.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure compliance with established processes and service level commitments.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and improve recruitment processes through continuous feedback.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Essential Requirements
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, agency, or shared services environments.
  • Experience supporting recruitment activities across multiple countries, preferably within LATAM or the Americas region.
  • Strong English proficiency with the ability to engage and influence candidates professionally.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes while maintaining quality and efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment operations, process discipline, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience working with Workday Recruiting or similar talent acquisition platforms.
  • Experience supporting global or regional talent acquisition organizations within a matrix environment.
  • Experience in Innovative Technology is considered a plus.
