IQVIA is seeking a health outcomes researcher to support a range of client projects in the pharmaceutical and medical device space with focus on real‑world evidence. The role involves study design, data analysis, and preparation of reports, abstracts and manuscripts for scientific dissemination.

The candidate should have 2 years’ experience in database/health outcomes research, a relevant advanced degree, and strong MS Office and data analysis skills.

Formación

• 2 years’ experience undertaking database or health outcomes research, or in the pharmaceutical industry in a relevant area such as business analytics, marketing, market access, epidemiology, pharmacovigilance, outcomes research, health economics, RWE/RWD or biostatistics
• PhD/Masters/MBA in relevant health sciences field
• Healthcare Consultancy, Pharmaceutical or other Healthcare Industry, Academic or Governmental Research Organization, Health Services Research setting
• Good understanding of MS tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical reimbursement process in Canada is a plus
• Experience with analyses in databases/registries
• Experience with outcomes research theory and project implementation
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, R is a plus
• Programming in VBA in Excel is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of client projects in pharmaceutical and medical device space in Canada
• Contribute to study design and methodology development; develop innovative approaches
• Assist in preparation of study protocols and draft reports; analyze real‑world data
• Prepare presentations, abstracts and manuscripts for conferences/journals
• Conduct primary and secondary research
• Conduct workshops and present results to external clients
• Assist with project and client management
• Produce initial drafts of proposals based on client RFPs
