About the opportunity

At Teads, we are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Campaign Manager to join our Mexico team. This role sits within our Client Services organization and acts as a critical commercial and operational anchor supporting our Sales team. Following our continued expansion across Latin America, you will own post-sale campaign execution, foster strong client relationships, and drive campaign success across our platform.
In this role, you will collaborate daily with Sales, Associate Campaign Managers, and Ad Operations to deliver high-impact digital media solutions for top brands and agencies across Mexico.

  • Core Mission: Act as the primary execution anchor and strategic client contact to manage post-sale campaign lifecycles and maximize campaign delivery across Mexico.
  • Team Alignment: Work closely with Sales, Associate Campaign Managers, and Ad Operations to translate client briefs into high-performing media activations.
  • Scope of Ownership: Take end-to-end accountability for campaign setup, tracking, pacing, optimization, post-campaign analysis, and incremental revenue growth.
  • Portfolio Ownership: Own and grow a dedicated portfolio of agency and holding group accounts, acting as the day-to-day reference for Sales, clients and internal teams on every campaign within it.
  • Impact Metric: Success in this role means achieving full campaign delivery within SLAs, maintaining high client satisfaction, and driving upsell opportunities through actionable insights and performance data.

What will you do?

  • Provide RFP strategy to ensure storytelling is consistent across all departments, including creating client presentations, media plans, and inventory forecasts.
  • Introduce new products strategically in line with commercial and operational guidelines.
  • Partner with Sales on pre-sale client communications and technical requirements.

Execution & Campaign Ownership:

  • Lead kick-off calls for upcoming campaign launches with agency and client stakeholders across all activation types (Managed Service, Self Service, and Programmatic Deal IDs).
  • Onboard clients to our self-service buying platform, guiding them through feature adoption and campaign setup.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client communications following the sale, maintaining clear and concise alignment prior to activation.
  • Oversee post-sale operations, including campaign setup, pacing, delivery, site list requests, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Optimize proactively by monitoring pacing, delivery, viewability and performance KPIs, anticipating risks and recommending changes (site lists, formats, targeting) before they become client issues.
  • Manage ad serving and verification setups, including third-party tags, VAST, and brand safety and viewability measurement, and troubleshoot discrepancies across ad servers, DSPs and verification vendors.
  • Set up and monitor programmatic deals (PMPs, PG, Deal IDs) across the DSPs our clients buy through, coordinating with agencies and Ad Operations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Performance:

  • Delegate and partner effectively with Associate Campaign Managers and Ad Operations teams for tagging, site tracking, reporting, screenshots, and availability pulls.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to highlight key trends and surface actionable insights for clients.
  • Deliver Final Reports, QBR/YBR inputs and ad-hoc analyses on agreed deadlines, keeping every request logged in our team tracker (Monday) with clear owners and dates, and renegotiating timelines transparently when needed.
  • Lead client workshops and deep dives on topics such as viewability, brand safety and campaign performance, translating technical data into clear messages for non-technical audiences.
  • Support commercial analyses (CPM, site-level costs and margin) on key accounts, helping Sales and leadership balance client goals with profitability.
  • Document client-specific exceptions, processes and learnings in shared team tools so any account can be covered seamlessly.
  • Plan and execute quarterly incremental revenue prospecting plans in close collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Contribute to internal team development through consistent knowledge sharing and operational best practice exercises.

What will you bring to the team?

Must-Haves (The Baseline Bar):

  • Core Experience: 2 to 3+ years of relevant experience within a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company.
  • Programmatic Ecosystem: Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, deal types and how the pieces connect) and of tactical systems such as Salesforce.
  • DSPs: Working knowledge of multiple DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk) and of how campaigns and deals are set up, paced and optimized in each.
  • Ad Servers: Understanding of how third-party ad servers work: tagging, trafficking, VAST, tracking and discrepancy troubleshooting.
  • Brand Safety & Verification: Familiarity with the verification environment (e.g., IAS, DV, MOAT) and how brand safety, viewability and fraud measurement affect delivery and reporting.
  • Organization & Time Management: Highly organized, with a proven track record of managing competing priorities and balancing big-picture plans with daily execution detail across multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactivity & Ownership: A self-starter who anticipates issues, flags risks early and brings solutions instead of waiting to be asked.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with comfort engaging strategic client stakeholders.
  • Language & Location: Professional fluency in English and Spanish; right to work in Mexico.

Nice-to-Haves (The Performance Multiplier):

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience with programmatic deal setups (PMPs, PG deals) and self-service ad platforms.
  • Prior experience identifying incremental revenue opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Experience with work management tools (e.g., Monday) and with building client-ready reports and presentations.

What You’ll Get
At Teads, your scope is bigger than your title. Here is what you can count on in return:

  • Meaningful scope & real ownership — work with trusted autonomy and direct impact on client outcomes in Mexico.
  • Global exposure and genuinely complex challenges at real scale — reaching over 2.2 billion users monthly across 18 billion ad opportunities daily.
  • Smart, ambitious peers across 30+ markets in a collaborative, cross-border setup.
  • A genuinely human culture — high care alongside high accountability.
  • Real investment in your growth — structured mentorship, coaching, courses, workshops, and development programs.

At Teads, your impact travels further.
