ResortCom International seeks a motivated bilingual Customer Service Agent in Guadalajara, Mexico. This is an onsite role with a mix of inbound and outbound campaigns (Customer Service, Sales, Activations, Reservations, and Collections).

The position offers a monthly salary of MXN 20,000–23,000 plus a monthly bonus and standard benefits. Work includes 8-hour shifts, both day and mixed shifts, with occasional evenings or weekends depending on workload.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high sales environment with strong customer service.
• Proper phone etiquette and data entry experience.

Position Summary

We are seeking highly motivated, goal-oriented, problem-solvers to join our Team.

The types of calls we handle include Customer Service, Sales, Activations, Reservations, and Collections. We support both inbound and outbound call campaigns.

Onsite Position - Zona Andares, Guadalajara

Pay Information

Agent (Bilingual Spanish & English) - $20,000 - $23,000 Pesos monthly + monthly bonus
