EDAG Mexico is seeking a Junior CAD Designer for powertrain development in Puebla. You will create and refine 3D models and 2D drawings for engine components, ensuring CATIA/CREO standards and GD&T compliance.

You’ll collaborate with design, simulation, testing, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues and support design reviews. Responsibilities include packaging studies, BOM management, and design releases.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, mechatronic engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in product development and CAD design.
• Experience in engine, thermal management, or drivetrain component design.
• Advanced 3D modeling and 2D drafting using CATIA and CREO.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as casting, machining, sheet metal forming, welding, forging, plastic injection molding.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level.

REQUIREMENTS
