The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, has strong analytical skills, and experience in cable extrusion is preferred. SolidWorks proficiency is highly regarded and effective communication skills are necessary for collaboration within the team.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in cable extrusion or silicone process is preferred.
• Ability to analyze existing processes for improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details are required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and document manufacturing processes for cable core and final assemblies.
• Provide hands-on support to manufacturing team for process optimization.
• Perform process validation and collect data as required.
