Confindential company in the Tijuana area seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead daily cable assembly operations, including cutting, crimping, soldering, harnessing and testing.

You will drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery while coaching a high-performing team and implementing lean manufacturing and ERP/MRP processes to meet business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Management degree required.
• 8+ years in production management for cable assembly.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and ERP/MRP systems.
