Fuller Technologies seeking a skilled Buyer to support Americas procurement. You will obtain supplier quotations, place purchase orders, and track orders while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data analysis, BOM reviews, supplier evaluation, and ensuring timely delivery. A 2–4 year background in purchasing and ERP experience helps you thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2–4 years of purchasing, procurement, buying, or related supply chain experience preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes, including supplier selection, quotation evaluation, and purchase order placement.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency working with data and spreadsheets.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Experience working with bills of materials (BOMs).
• Commercial and technical aptitude for evaluating supplier offers.
• Experience working with international suppliers is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is desirable.
• Knowledge of cement or industrial equipment is preferred.

About the role

This role is responsible for supporting purchasing activities across the Americas, including supplier pricing, purchase order placement, and order follow-up. The Buyer partners closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure purchasing needs are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

About the department

The Americas Regional Procurement team supports purchasing activities across the region. The team works closely with business stakeholders and suppliers to support sourcing, purchasing, and operational requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Obtain supplier quotations and pricing to support proposals and purchasing requirements.
