Fuller Technologies Mexico is seeking a Buyer to support purchasing across the Americas, handling supplier pricing, PO placement, and order follow-up. The Buyer collaborates with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate, timely procurement.

The Americas Regional Procurement team works with stakeholders to support sourcing, purchasing, and operational needs, with emphasis on data analysis and materials management in a fast‑paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain/related field.
• 2–4 years in purchasing, procurement, or buying.
• Experience with supplier selection, quotation evaluation, and PO placement.

• Obtain supplier quotations and pricing for proposals and purchasing needs.
• Create and place purchase orders per procurement processes.
• Track order confirmations and follow up on outstanding requirements.

About the role

This role is responsible for supporting purchasing activities across the Americas, including supplier pricing, purchase order placement, and order follow-up. The Buyer partners closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure purchasing needs are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

About the department

The Americas Regional Procurement team supports purchasing activities across the region. The team works closely with business stakeholders and suppliers to support sourcing, purchasing, and operational requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Obtain supplier quotations and pricing to support proposals and purchasing requirements.
• Create and place purchase orders in accordance with procurement processes and business needs.
• Track supplier order confirmations and follow up on outstanding purchasing requirements.
• Evaluate supplier offers from both commercial and technical perspectives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve purchasing, delivery, and order-related issues.
• Review bills of materials and technical documentation to support purchasing activities.
• Maintain accurate purchasing information and documentation within applicable systems.
• Analyze purchasing data and spreadsheets to support procurement activities and decision-making.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and timely follow-through.

Qualifications

• You bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 2–4 years of purchasing, procurement, buying, or related supply chain experience preferred.
• Understanding of procurement processes, including supplier selection, quotation evaluation, and purchase order placement.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency working with data and spreadsheets.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Experience working with bills of materials (BOMs).
• Commercial and technical aptitude for evaluating supplier offers.
• Experience working with international suppliers is a plus.
• Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints is desirable.
• Knowledge of cement or industrial equipment is preferred.
