Job summary

You will verify the effectiveness of the quality management system at each stage of the production process, drive audit actions, analyze performance to reduce waste, manage project budgets, and approve supplier invoices according to

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the safety conditions to promote a zero-accident culture in production.
• Manage Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety Management Systems to comply with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Promote leadership, a process-oriented approach, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement to achieve objectives.
• Verify and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system at each stage of the production process to meet customer quality requirements.
• Ensure timely implementation and completion of actions from internal and external quality audits.
• Analyze the performance of production processes to identify improvement opportunities and reduce waste.
• Monitor compliance with action plans aimed at reducing waste and improving operational efficiency.
• Develop budgets for projects within the assigned area and ensure compliance with legal, quality, and productivity requirements, with proper follow-up.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate approval of invoices to ensure supplier payments are processed in accordance with current policies, using the established invoice release system.

Job Description

Monitor and manage the safety conditions within the area in order to promote safe working conditions in production processes, focused on fostering a zero-accident culture and environmental protection.

Manage the organization's processes and resources under their responsibility or influence to ensure that Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety Management Systems comply with corporate requirements, legal regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards, and stakeholder expectations. This includes promoting leadership, a process-oriented approach, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement to achieve the intended objectives.

Verify and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system at every stage of the production process to guarantee products meet customer quality requirements.

Ensure the timely implementation and completion of actions resulting from internal and external quality audits.

Analyze the performance of various elements within the production process to identify improvement opportunities and achieve waste reduction.

Monitor compliance with action plans aimed at reducing waste and improving operational efficiency.

Develop budgets for projects within the assigned area and ensure compliance with legal, quality, and productivity requirements, providing appropriate follow-up to guarantee their timely completion.

Responsible for the timely and accurate approval of invoices to ensure supplier payments are processed in accordance with current company policies, using the established invoice release system.
