Flex is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for the Guadalajara North Campus. You will research complex problems, design visual system solutions, and create dashboards to communicate project status.

You’ll work with IT to troubleshoot issues and support global projects, requiring a bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong client-facing skills, and knowledge of MS SQL. Excellent communication across levels, creative problem solving, and intermediate English are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong client-facing and presentation skills.
• Effective communication at all levels of the organization.
• Creative problem solving with user empathy.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Intermediate English, written and spoken.
• Database knowledge (MS SQL); other databases a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions with UX considerations.
• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems.
• Design UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows for visualization before implementation.
• Create infographics, dashboards, and visual docs to communicate changes.
• Troubleshoot system issues with users using visual guides for adoption.
• Execute global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables.
