Job summary

Flex is hiring a Junior Business Systems & DB Analyst based at the Guadalajara North campus. You will explore complex business problems and implement automated and standardized IT solutions, designing details to improve efficiency.

You will work with stakeholders, troubleshoot and deliver viable solutions, support IT applications, and help with onboarding, adoption, and training. Experience with SQL and data analysis is valued.

Qualifications

• Database knowledge.
• Experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Previous experience in similar positions.
• SQL
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
• Experience with Troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT applications and propose new tools for such purposes.
• Provide physical and technical support from the main elements of the IT services.
• Develop onboarding, adoption, and training plans.
• Build out communications templates.
• Develop creative approaches to satisfy data/analysis needs.
• Understand end user needs to help them use IT services to their fullest capability.
• Educate and provide ongoing support via email, phone, live chat or in-person.
• Identify growth opportunities and ensure optimum adoption of IT services.
• Conduct regular reviews and proactively monitor user experience KPI's.
• Become a trusted advisor and advocate for all users.
• Develop cadence of tech touches aligned to lifecycle: new users welcome, onboarding, adoption, nurturing growth, retention

Job Summary

The Business Systems & DB Analyst Jr. will be based in Guadalajara North campus, reporting to the Business Systems Analyst.

In this role, you'll be in charge of exploring complex business problems to solve them with automated, customized, developed, and standardized systems implementations and solutions, while being in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes to make them more efficient. You'll also be designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a viable and consistent solution.
