Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment with Regional Strategy, provides support in the use of lean six sigma tools in compliance with the Roadmap Milestones.
• Provides training on the lean six sigma tools for the assigned project.
• Performs analysis on KPI (metrics) to find new kaizen opportunities
• Coach the VS/BU team during the kaizen events
• Facilitate the physical implementation of the new processes that came from the kaizen events and review the impact on the metrics.
• Work with the value stream team and follow up the lean strategy.
• Reinforce lean six sigma thinking during team sessions
• Attend meeting with the lean office to assure compliance and share experiences.
• Coordinate the training in his assigned VS/BU/Supply Chain and assure execution.
• Review and assure the people is embracing new lean six sigma methods by auditing on gemba.
• Facilitate kaizens event.
• Review with the VS team the KPIs (metrics) in three levels before and after the kaizen. (Results, processes and systems)
• Identify shortages or excess in resources to execute the lean initiatives and communicate them
