Activities / Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment with Regional Strategy and provide support in the use of lean six sigma tools in compliance with the Roadmap Milestones.
• Provide training on the lean six sigma tools for the assigned project.
• Perform analysis on KPI (metrics) to find new kaizen opportunities.
• Coach the VS/BU team during the kaizen events.
• Facilitate the physical implementation of the new processes that came from the kaizen events and review the impact on the metrics.
• Work with the value stream team and follow up the lean strategy.
• Reinforce lean six sigma thinking during team sessions.
• Attend meetings with the lean office to assure compliance and share experiences.
• Coordinate the training in his assigned VS/BU/Supply Chain and assure execution.
• Review and assure the people are embracing new lean six sigma methods by auditing on Gemba.
• Facilitate kaizen events.
• Review with the VS team the KPIs (metrics) in three levels before and after the kaizen (results, processes and systems).
• Identify shortages or excess in resources to execute the lean initiatives and communicate them.
