SANMINA-SCI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a Purchasing Manager with 5+ years in supply chain and negotiations. You will lead global procurement efforts, manage a regional team, and drive cost reductions across plants and clients.

Responsibilities include improving quarterly negotiation processes, coordinating with GSCO/OPS, and organizing supplier QBRs. English proficiency and strong analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor in Electronic Engineering with supply chain and negotiations experience.
• Proven track record in negotiating with suppliers.
• Strong cost analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be a member of the Global Supply Chain Organization (GSCO) in Sanmina; manage people and work with Global, Regional and Local teams.
• Communicate with Managing Directors and VPs within GSCO and OPS to collaborate in negotiations for high-impact global outcomes.
• Improve and update quarterly negotiation processes.
• Identify products, materials and processes that generate cost reductions for plants and clients.
• Collaborate with other Sanmina teams on alternate processes and localization.
• Manage Cost Engineers and Negotiators.
• Ensure PPV is performed and retained by your group.
• Improve regional supply chain processes with plant purchasing teams.
• Organize quarterly business reviews with suppliers in CR programs at least 3 times a year.
• Share ideas and drive continuous improvement.

Experience

• Desirable with more than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain roles: Component Engineering, Planner-Buyer, Supplier Quality, Negotiation, Expedition and Escalation of processes, in a large multinational company.

Knowledge

• Management of Oracle, M3K, Knowledge of key metrics in the purchasing area, negotiation with suppliers, Flexibility programs (VMI, VCI, 830, etc.), Knowledge of MRP and production processes, Management of Excel 80%, English - Advanced

Skills / Competencies

• Good knowledge and understanding of the supply chain, the negotiation process and cost analysis.

Responsibilities/Activities
